Assistance Managing Multiple Xfinity Email Address and Two Step Verification

I have more than one Xfinity email address and would like to know if there is a way for me to view emails from both addresses by logging into my primary email account. Currently, I have to log in and out of each account separately.  If possible to manage emails for both addresses from one login, I'd also like to know if I can choose which email address I respond from.

Additionally, I am trying to set up two-step verification for both email addresses. When I attempted to enable two-step verification for the second email address, I received a notification that the phone number is already on file. It seems Xfinity does not recognize that the same phone number is linked to multiple email address under the same user. Is there a way to resolve this?

Good afternoon @diane506 and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it. You can try linking your accounts by following the instructions listed here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/switching-between-multiple-accounts.

Thank you for the directions, but I do not think the directions work or do not apply to my situation as to how to link multiple existing Comcast email addresses.  Additionally, the directions did apply to my second question about how to have two-step verification for two Comcast email addresses on the same account with the same phone number.

At this moment, there is no way to view emails from your XFINITY accounts under one account. For something like that, you would need a third party client like Outlook or the default email app on your smart device. You can find the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/email-client-programs-with-xfinity-email. For your second question, you cannot use the same number to set up the authentication on two different accounts. Hope that helps, and please let us know if you run into any issues setting up the third party client.
