August 2022 emails not appearing when received. they appear sometimes 2-3 days later.

I read all emails daily but sometimes there will be dozens that show up about 2-3 days later. what is that all about?

Hello @benlo. That is a great question. There are a few different reasons this could be happening. May I ask what program you are using to access your email? Is this on a computer or a mobile device?

@XfinityCam​ I log in through Xfinity after logging in on Google chrome. I am using a computer using Windows 11.

@benlo Thank you for the response and for letting us know your current setup. Have you attempted to clear your cookies/cache to see if that makes a difference? Also, have you had the chance to test another browser to see if the same issue is going on with the emails?

I am having same issue. Yesterday I noticed, all of my emails from August just disappeared. Oddly everything older is still there. Some of my folders which were specifically named to hold certain emails, also changed. I see this across the board on Xfinity site as well as my outlook app where i have xfinity emails set up as an an account. This is real bad since I had some very critical emails, which i don't know how to recover.
