auto forward hacked

Someone has gotten into my account and sets auto-forward to another email. They then make a purchase and use my account to approve it. I have spent many hours with customer service and dealing with your frustrating, angering telephone system. Three different people have told me that auto-forward was disabled, they either lied or were misinformed. Your customer service is horrendous. It is very difficult to even speak with someone, and when you do it is someone who doesn't know anything. It is impossible to speak with an American who actually knows something and is not reading from a script. I am reluctant to leave Comcast as I have been using it from the beginning and would not like to lose the email address that I have had all these years. If I cannot fix this problem, however, I will have to.

Thank you for reaching out @Slepner I am sorry to hear your account was compromised. The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance. You can contact CSA by calling CSA Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329.

@XfinityDena​ Thanks, but that is the same number that I have wasted a lot of time on. Isn't there some other number where I could reach a real person who knows what they are talking about?

They are the dedicated department that has the tools to assist you with fraud on your account. Other departments do not have access to tickets this department submits. I totally get how this is not the best answer or the most desirable, and I am really sorry @Slepner
