auto forwarding Xfinity email

Hi  I set it up according to directions  and does not work at all. Trying to forward to my Gmail account. I can do it one at a time but who wants that. What do you think.

Hi  No codes or errors  I have Auto forwarding checked and my Gmail address listed It just doesn't work.

Done exactly like that.   I did it more than once. Still set like that. Not working

chasbox Thank you for confirming that you have set up the email forwarding according to the directions and confirming that you can see it is still set up correctly according to the directions in that link. I'd like to try some more email specific troubleshooting. Please send us a DM to Xfinity Support with your full name and address to get started.


To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
