Billing Departments email address

My Monthly Bill has an error on it; and I tried to email a message to the Billing Department; however, it would not go through. What is your email address so that I can forward the bill to the Billing Department?

There isn't an email address for the Billing department, however, an Official Employee should respond to you here.

  •   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  •   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  •   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  •   Press Enter to send it
