"blacklist" blocked email?
Comcast/X is passing the buck here...we spent an hour with chat and another 1/2 w.a "advanced security" rep on phone, who tried to convince us it was Apple computer or our carrier (NOT COMCAST...we just kept the mail address)! We got off the phone with this pass the buck "help" and saw a new pop up when we tried again "THE SERVER AT COMCAST XFINITI IS PLACING A TEMPORARY BLACKLIST ON YOUR ACCOUNT!"
How can a trained pro be made to come up with pat answers instead of escalation. I have tried to send this in a direct message or other written format, but there is NO way to do so online in USA! Guess I'll be using Comcast's favorite and most advanced method, a snail letter to their Phila H@ and the dep't of communications.
P.S we do have outlook but its not mirroring comcast email, only serves as a mobile conduit to get email forwarded from Google to a mobile watch. I don't use a VPS, although Google 1 gives me that option, and the NODNS.com site showed me three net addresses that it said were blacklisted and associated with my dns? I don't even know what that means, but clearly Comcast loves kicking me out of the support court b/c I'm not a paying customer.....

Forgot to add...we can see email rec'd and send from the comcast internet site (on Mac computers/android and iPhone)...so this is on our home set up (3 very nearly identical Macs)! I tried setting up IMAP b/c the POP wasn't working per above, but no dice-it won't even let me add it in b/c the pw/username are rejected!
