I had the same issue. I reset my password online (xfinity.com) and then in my third party app (outlook) and emails started to flow. Not sure this will resolve everyone's issue, but worth a try.
I reset my password, then my IP address was blacklisted, so no e-mails to Outlook. I signed into Xfinity and forwarded my e-mails to my iCloud account. That works, but doesn't solve my Xfinity blacklisting problem. Any advice is appreciated.
Hey there, user_v0iquw, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding your IP address concerns. Have you attempted to report the issue on our website at, https://spa.xfinity.com/advanced-security?faq=advanced-security to see if this helps with resolving the issue?
