Blocked Domain

I am attempting to receive an email from the domain of @omf.com. Is there anyway to get this unblocked by Xfinity? Or see if it’s blocked to begin with on the Xfinity side?

@XfinityKassie​ I’m not getting the emails at all. I can’t reset password to the account or get my bill.

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you are experiencing, @user_yq66dl When you try to log onto the Xfinity APP are you getting an error message? Have you tried using different browsers? Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies?-Richard

I’ve tried everything and the email domain seems to be blocked.
