Blocked IP address

Hello

I can't send or receive emails.  It says my IP address has been blocked.  How do I get this resolved and why did this happen

If you are seeing something indicating that your IP is blocked, we suggest going here (https://spa.xfinity.com/report). Filling out the form will go to our Customer Security Assurance Team to get that block removed.
