Blocked Legit Emails

I think some of my emails are being blocked. I have legit emails that are similar that may come from an automatic email account like what sends reservation emails. Can someone check to see if these emails are being blocked? I’ve added a filter to move to Inbox but that doesn’t seem to be working.

Thanks for reaching out to us, have you been notified by anyone that's sending you emails that those emails are not coming through? This link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/account-email-information that's great information on how you can set up filters and settings block and unblock emails from certain senders

I’ve already done the filters. Doesn’t help in this case. I’ve already let the senders know but it comes from automated reservation system so they don’t get failed to send emails in return.

i do get a couple emails at the same time from the same sender due to having 2 reservations and I wonder if that’s what is blocking the emails on Comcast’s side.

Thanks for clarifying, have you had that company send you any normal emails to see if they get any blocked or unable to send notifications?

It won't work. Filters are only applied to messages delivered to the Inbox as they are being delivered. They wont work on messages Comcast/Xfinity does not accept, or on the ones it delivers to the Spam folder.

The employee's link has nothing to do with email filters. Perhaps they meant to post https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/spam-filters-and-email-blocking-new-experience.

Okay then there is nothing I can do about emails Comcast does not accept as that appears to be this issue.
