@user_o0bzkb Hi there! We’re happy to help! If you're not receiving emails on your Xfinity account, here are a few things to check:

  • Spam or Junk Folder – Sometimes emails can end up there by mistake.
  • Blocked Senders & Filters – Check your email settings to ensure the sender isn’t blocked and that no filters are redirecting emails elsewhere.
  • Storage Space – If your mailbox is full, you won’t receive new emails. Try deleting old messages or emptying the trash folder.
  • Third-Party Email Apps – If you’re using Outlook, Apple Mail, or another app, check that your email settings (IMAP/SMTP) are correct.
  • Webmail Access – Try logging into Xfinity Email through a web browser to see if the issue is app-related.
