Can I attach an email to an email?

I have attached images to an outgoing Comcast email but need to attach an existing email to a message. I used to do that with Outlook so is there a way to do that with Comcast webmail?  I don't see an 'email' category to define this message so used Customer Service. Thanks.

Hey there, @TerriB, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums regarding sending your email as an attachment on another email. You should be able to save the email to a file (.eml) and then attach that file to a new email. To do that, click on the ellipse in the message header and select the Save option there. If you want to begin sending all emails as attachments instead of forwarding, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the Inbox page, then on Settings>Mail>Compose, and you will see the option to send as an attachment. Let me know if this helps!

@XfinityJeniece Thanks for the response but I just want to be able to attach an email as a reference in a dispute with a company to show them the email I had already sent that they denied getting. I used to use Outlook and  when you chose 'attach' it gave the option of attaching a file or an email and thats whats I needed to do. I could have pasted the content but they wanted the header. Oh well..thanks anyway.

The instructions provided yield the same results the outlook feature took some of the extra leg work out of it, @TerriB. Can you give it a shot and let us know if you were able to get the information over to complete your dispute?
