Can I go back to my old inbox format
My email looks completely different and I hate it! It now says OX instead of Xfinity, and I wasn't warned it was about to get weird, just in the last few hours!

Try closing the browser and opening again. If that doesn't work, try logging out and back in again.
Comcast/Xfinity's https://connect.xfinity.com site has been using Open-Xchange's App Suite for web email since 2016. The favicon on connect.xfinity.com browser tabs is always "X" when I'm on my desktop, but "OX" on my phone. I do not know why.
There's nothing like consistency, and Comcast/Xfinity is nothing like consistency.
