can send but not receive emails
I am able to send but not receive emails on my Xfinity account. This started at least two days ago. I have checked my account settings for suspicious activity and did not find any. This applies to both my devices. Is there a solution please?

Thank you for reaching out to us @perchbelly! Have you noticed if you are unable to receive emails from all/multiple email addresses or only specific email addresses?
