Cannot access comcast.net email account

Hello,

I am unable to access my email account. The xfinity email website keeps bringing me to a help website but when I click check my email it goes back to the help page. I've tried different browsers, etc. How can I access my email?

Try clearing your cache and cookies, then signing out of the website, and then closing your browser.

Restart your browser and go to https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite and try to log in.

I have not accessed my comcast.net account in years and have a message it is going to be deleted. I don't even remember how to access it. I just want to check to see if there is anything that is still going there that is forwarded to my current email. How do I find it?

I understand how frustrating that can be. Here are some steps to help you access your old Comcast.net account and check for any forwarded emails:

Accessing Your Account:
- Go to the Xfinity website.
- Click on the email icon or envelope at the top of the screen.
- Enter your Comcast email address and password to sign in

Resetting Your Password:
- If you don't remember your password, you can reset it by clicking on "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- Follow the prompts to reset your password using your recovery email or phone number.
Checking Forwarded Emails:
- Once logged in, click on the settings icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Select "Email Settings" and then "Auto Forward" under the Mail section.
- Here, you can see if email forwarding is enabled and to which address emails are being forwarded.
