Cannot Access Email on Phone

Was out of country and my iphone email access was locked.  Have always been able to access my email via web.  How do we fix this so I can access emails via my iphone again?

you want to make sure that you're can log into your account via  our Xfinity website https://login.xfinity.com/login and enter your credentials into your iPhone settings

I know how to log into my Xfinity email and was able to successfully access my email via my computer, but access from my iphone was blocked in Europe & in US when I returned. 

I have subsequently fixed my problem, very disappointed with this community forum as it was not helpful.

We love to share knowledge that may help others here in the Xfinity Forums. Did you need to go through a password reset to gain access once again or did you speak with our Customer Security Assurance team who got it unlocked?
