cannot access secondary email

All of a sudden, I'm not able to access my secondary email on both my iPhone Mail and at xfinity.com  This is the error message I keep receiving on the xfinity email website - "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them".  I have tried everything possible such as changing my password to no avail.  I would like to talk to a LIVE person about this, as this is something that needs to be fixed ASAP and the Virtual Assistant is useless.  How can I get a REAL LIVE person to help me whether it's through email or phone?

Gotcha. I have seen a few reports of similar issues coming in, and would recommend contacting our Customer Security Assurance team which can help with email issues and access. They are available every day from 8:00 am - 12:00 am EST, and can be contacted by phone at 1-888-565-4329.
