cannot access secondary email
All of a sudden, I'm not able to access my secondary email on both my iPhone Mail and at xfinity.com This is the error message I keep receiving on the xfinity email website - "The entered credential or authentication information does not work or are no longer accepted by provider. Please change them". I have tried everything possible such as changing my password to no avail. I would like to talk to a LIVE person about this, as this is something that needs to be fixed ASAP and the Virtual Assistant is useless. How can I get a REAL LIVE person to help me whether it's through email or phone?
