cannot get into email
We haven't been able to access our email since we terminated voice services, now there is a notice we are losing the emails. which we do not want to happen.
I have tried the steps listed from another post, however there is NO direct message option anywhere. I've looked multiple times. I can't get a real person and the xfinity chat bot is useless.
Please tell me how to get this solved. thanks
Below is the response I found and tried to replicate. the link just takes me to the forums here and there is no DM option at all anywhere on my interface.
To send the requested information in a private Direct Message ("DM") to Xfinity Support from any forums.xfinity.com page:
• Click "Sign In" if that prompt is visible
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon above or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• On the DM page click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person" but don't do that. It won't work.
Instead, type Xfinity Support there. As you are typing a drop-down list appears.
• Select "Xfinity Support" from the list. An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter or tap the > icon to send it

The quickest way to access your Xfinity Email is by visiting connect.xfinity.com. You can bookmark this site for easy access in the future. If you're looking for your Xfinity Email on xfinity.com, click the Account icon in the top-right of the screen, then click Check Email @user_5h0lmc
