Can not login in my email address

• Are you a new customer?  If so, you won't have a comcast.net email address.

• Are you getting any error message when trying to log in?
• Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail?  If so, you log in here:  https://login.yahoo.com or https://mail.yahoo.com
