Cannot receive email
I am trying to receive a recovery email from Microsoft. This email account is the only valid option I have. I am using the web client, not a third party client. I have tried several times and waited more than an hour. I do not have safe list enabled and my storage usage is at 3% out of 10GB. I have tried sending email to the account from other email addresses and it won't receive them either. I am still receiving some promotional email ocassionally, but nothing that I actually want to receive. Notably, the email was hacked in early 2021, after which I migrated mostly to a gmail account and change the password.

Same issue here. Apparently, comcast just doesn't want to respond.

To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
