Cannot Send eMails via Outlook 2016 (Happens again and again......)

Over the past 2-3 months, this same problem keeps coming back. When sending eMails from any of my 3 accounts from Outlook, I get the following error message:  The connection to the server was interrupted....

Everything was working fine for the past week until this morning.  I have not changed anything on my side.

Do not suggest checking passwords, reinstalling Outlook, deleting and adding back accounts.  I have done all of that over the last 2-3 months.  None of those suggestions ever worked.  Things just started working on their own.

In the past, I have made multiple calls to Xfinity. Chatted with technicians. Posted on this board.  Each time I contacted someone, I was given the run around.  They blamed Microsoft.  Some of them said that they would escalate the issue and somebody would call back within 24 hours.  Not once has anyone ever called back.

It's time that Xfinity deal with this issue and let users know what is going on instead of reading a script that leads nowhere.

Just to add on to my post.

I cannot send eMails from my iPhone either.  It also uses Outlook.
