Can’t Access email account

I received an email that I needed to do something with my account a little while ago and I thought it was spam because I think it asked me about changing my password. Can you help me reactivate my account? Nothing since 5-29-25.

user_2616xt Good morning! Thank you for reaching out to our Xfinity Forums Team regarding your email account. I'm happy to help get you in the right direction. Quick question, were you using your email consistently before you received the email you needed to change your password? Additionally, do you have a current active account with Xfinity?

user_2616xt, This is what I found for you: Non-customers must access their Xfinity Email account at least once every nine months to keep it active. This applies to former customers who have disconnected their Xfinity services but wish to retain their email functionality. If they do not log in within this timeframe, their email account may be closed, and the contents will not be recoverable. Additionally, they must have logged into their account within 90 days prior to disconnecting service to maintain access to their email address.
You can use the self-service option by going to xfinity.com. You should be able to update your password there if you are within that time frame. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.
