Can't access email in Outlook
This morning, I'm getting these error messages when I try to open email with Outlook.
Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for [Edited: "Personal Information"].' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I checked the email security part, and the box is checked to permit third party access, but it still refuses to work. I can get to my email on the xfinity site and I can see it on my android phone, but not Outlook. How can I fix this?
Thank you!

Hello, @user_4itn4p! If you recently changed your Xfinity password, can you double-check that you also had it updated in Outlook? Another check I'd suggest is if your Xfinity email POP port settings. Here is how.

The same problem just started with me yesterday 3/6/24. But I have 3 Comcast emails on Outlook (for different purposes). Only the main email is not working, while the other 2 emails will send/receive.
About 2 weeks ago, I changed all of my Comcast email passwords and updated them where needed, and everything worked, until yesterday.
Also, my phone has an email client where I put 2 of my Comcast emails. My main email didn't work, but then I updated the password (again) and it worked. The other email was fine. I had updated the passwords back when I changed them.
Outlook does not have an option to change the comcast email password, which really surprises me.
I don't want to delete the account and re-do it, since there seems to be some problem and it might not work.
