can't access email
Can't access my email. Tried clearing cache, different browsers, different devices, but all of it just loops the "We are now loading your email." page.
I really just need access to swap over a game account to a different email that I can access regularly.

Thank you for reaching out @user_9pxx0c Do you currently have an active Xfinity account or is this an email tied to a disconnected account? If it has been disconnected have you signed into this acccount within the 90 days of the account being disconnected? If it is tied to an active account I would suggest resetting your password. You visit the link: xfinity.com/username to locate your username if needed. Once you have your username, you can go to xfinity.com/password to update your password.

hi i have the same problem ,can't access my email. i don't have any active service ,this is secondary email but i've been using it every day sending receiving eamil...can you help me?
