can't access email

Can't access my email. Tried clearing cache, different browsers, different devices, but all of it just loops the "We are now loading your email." page.

I really just need access to swap over a game account to a different email that I can access regularly.

Thank you for reaching out @user_9pxx0c Do you currently have an active Xfinity account or is this an email tied to a disconnected account? If it has been disconnected have you signed into this acccount within the 90 days of the account being disconnected? If it is tied to an active account I would suggest resetting your password. You visit the link: xfinity.com/username to locate your username if needed. Once you have your username, you can go to xfinity.com/password to update your password.

The account has been disconnected in the past. TV service is currently shut off, although internet is still active.

I appreciate you keeping us posted, @user_9pxx0c! Is the Email in question associated with your current Xfinity internet account? If so, is it the primary profile or a secondary profile?

hi i have the same problem ,can't access my email. i don't have any active service ,this is  secondary email but i've been using it every day sending receiving eamil...can you help me?

You've come to the right place in virtual land for help. Are you getting the same error message "We are now loading your email?" Are you using a third party email client to access your email or are you using our website?
