Can't access email

Every time I try to log into my email account the page never loads and redirects me back to the help page. And I can't add it to a 3rd party site to access either.

Hello user_9ihq88 we're so sorry to hear about these email login issues. When logging into Xfinity My Account, are you also having problems with other portions of the website? Is this an email-only account? (meaning you only retained the email for Xfinity, but no longer have active service)  If this is the case, how long ago was the email last logged into?

This is a new account I got in the beginning of May. I can access everything else but can't login to email. I click the link on the main menu and it tells me to click another link and still just goes to help page on how to sign in and not the email page. I've tried other browsers too and it's the same thing.

@user_9ihq88 Thank you for keeping us posted so we can continue working on your Email issue. Due to low usage, the ability to create new Xfinity email accounts (comcast.net) is no longer available. Customers with existing Xfinity email accounts can continue using those accounts with no changes.

I was given an email when I signed up, I didn't pick one. When I log onto my xfinity account it shows that i have a comcast email as says "You can activate the email by accessing the inbox with your Xfinity ID and password." But I can't do that, the links won't let me.

But for everything else(bill pay, watching the Xfinity Stream App (if you have TV services) works under the same ID, am I understanding that right?  We can check and see if the user ID has been disbaled in some way.
