I can't help; I'm experiencing the same thing!!!! Doesn't Xfinity know how important access to our e-mail has become? Big changes are coming (re YELP) but I need to get work done on here and it's not working for me!! What to do -- at lease sympathize with each other for another while, I guess.......................Good luck!
