Why can’t I access my comcast.net email in my mailbox?

Hello, @user_it2lsm there are a few things that may be happening. Are you able to confirm if you are able to log into http://connect.xfinity.com/?

You can always try resetting your password if you can’t at https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/changing-or-resetting-your-password

 

This article will also talk about how inactive Comcast Email accounts will be deleted if they are not logged into. So there is a chance the UID was deleted. We just need more details to learn more.
