Can’t access my email

Have not been able to loads my email up, please help I need my important documents! Please help!

How are you accessing those emails? Are you using our website or a 3rd part email client?

I’ve tried everything. My phone, my mail app on my phone, my PC, my laptop. Tried clearing cookies. Tried everything.

not just constant loading screens when I go to open my email. I tried sending an email to the email and it ended up bouncing

Here are the detailed steps to Direct Message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message
