Can't access my email

email switched to another account number. I disconnected it and still can't access it after days. I need access to the email to use services.

jjg84 Email access is extremely important for keeping in contact with updates pertinent to your most important events. Your access should still be retained even without active service as long as the email remains in use. Have you attempted to reset the password associated with the email by chance?

Email still locks me out of my email. I just need it reinstated so I can access it and move all my accounts from this email to something more reliable.

Appreciate the details you're providing, @jjg84! To clarify, do you currently have at least one active account with us? If so, are you able to link, unlink, or switch between accounts as seen here? Don't worry, our Digital Care Team is the best at reviewing and resolving concerns as quickly as possible, and we'll remain right here to help in any way we can :) I appreciate your willingness to work with us on this!

I have unlinked a previous account that I deactivated a few months ago. The email I can't access is from an old account before the deactivated one.

The best course of action, in this case, would actually be to report this to our Customer Security Assurance to assist you with access to your email. You can contact them calling CSA directly at Toll-Free Number: 1-888-565-4329.
