Can’t access my Email

Why does it say my password and email login is not valid after I’ve had it for over 20 years?

They've been having login issues last week and I see that I can't login to anything XFINITY from my desktop.  Mobile seems to still be working.

It's even more puzzling when it works on your mobile but not your desktop. Please know that we're here to help you get to the bottom of this.

 

To assist you more effectively, could you tell me a bit more about what's happening?

  • When you try to log in on your desktop, what specific message do you see? (e.g., "invalid password," "account not found," "technical error," etc.)
  • Are you trying to access your Xfinity account through a specific website (like xfinity.com) or an application on your desktop?
  • Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies, or trying a different web browser on your desktop?

We'll work together to figure out why this is happening and get you access to your email.

I'm sorry to hear the password is now working, user_bzau5p. Did you try resetting the password to see if that lets you log in? How are you accessing your email? Are you using our Xfinity Website or a third-party email client?
