I can't open my emails, this is my primary account I have had for over 30 years!! It's my business!!

You don't give us a lot to go on.  Are you able to get to your email account on webmail and just not able to open an email when you click on it?  If you're using a third party email app are you getting any errors?  Have you migrated to Yahoo! Mail?

And, FWIW, residential email was never meant to handle business email.  Google Workspace has email accounts for small businesses that you might want to check out going forward.

I have always accessed it through Xfi ity, it just keeping showing  scrolling bubbles
