can't access secondary email

my secondary email has quit working recently. Xfinity says its from an old account and no longer attached to my current account. But it was there and active under my primary account until recently. It's not an old account. They says there are no email accounts under my primary. They say I have to go to Xfinity store to get the old account number to reactivate the old email account. This is nonsensical. I had a primary and secondary account until a month ago, now only my primary works. Why should i go to Xfinity store to get an old account number when I'm on the phone with Xfinity. Why can't they just fix what's broken with my secondary account? Argh!!

@XfinityKei

Was this issue ever resolved?

I have multiple secondary "@comcast.net" email accounts which can be accessed from my phone, but I cannot access them from Xfinity Connect on my laptop.

Please help.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @user_oykc11. I would be happy to take a look at any email issue for you from here. Please send us a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

To send a direct message [private message]:

   Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

   Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

   The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
