Hello @user_81e7c8, and thanks for reaching out today with your email concern. I would be happy to troubleshoot with you to see if there is anything I can do to help.
Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

Seems to be a Chrome problem. I'm still having the error today in Chrome, but can bring up the webmail in Edge. A neighbor can get in using Firefox. The Outlook client also works.

Yes, same here. I can intermittently get into one of our email accounts, mostly not able to, but the other has had no access since yesterday morning. This is happening on the computer only, not our phones.
Hello @user_bh61h3 ! Are you still having trouble at this time?

I am unable to change my email password on my old account because the phone number is the same as the new account. I had this email address for ten plus years. All my business and other related is tied to this old account. This is very frustrating. Why didnt xfinity ask you to enter your password to sign in and then reset your password

I'm getting the same thing. What is really weird is I can access it on my mobile device but not on my computer. What's up with that?

Same problem. Can't access emails using Samsung mail. I noticed that the time stamp for emails on xfinity's website is off by 3 hours

Come on Comcast, fix this!
I keep having to delete my email account on my Samsung S23U and set it up again. Works for a little while then stops communicating with email server.
Very frustrating.
