Can’t get emails

Tried to get yahoo [Edited: "Profanity"], not working well at all.  Why change something that was working fine.  Not happy

When I go to comcast.com then I put in my email address, and then my password, it sends me to a page for Comcast, and when I try to check email it takes me back to the same page and I can’t get to the Yahoo Mail which I hate.

https://connect.xfinity.com/appsuite is this the page you're trying to get to without success?
If you have transitioned to Yahoo! Mail you would go to https://mail.yahoo.com/ and sign in with your Comcast credentials.

Hi user_6e46a9, thanks for sharing what’s been happening. I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused, especially when things were working fine before. I know changes like this can feel disruptive.

Xfinity Email is now accessed through a Yahoo-powered interface, but your email address, messages, and folders all remain the same. There isn’t a separate Yahoo account to manage, and you do not need to sign in directly at yahoo.com to check your mail.
Here’s the easiest way to access your Xfinity email:

1. Go to https://connect.xfinity.com
2. Sign in with your full Xfinity email address and your Xfinity password
3. After signing in, select Mail to open your inbox

 

If you sign in at xfinity.com and get redirected back to the account page, make sure you are using connect.xfinity.com specifically for email access. That will take you directly into the email experience.
While the layout may look different because it’s powered by Yahoo, it is still your Xfinity email account. All existing emails should still be there once you’re signed in through the correct page.
