Can't get into email anymore! What am I paying for?!?

I can't get into email on my computer for months all of a sudden.

Hello Olade. I'm sorry to see the trouble that you are having with accessing your email for your comcast.net address. It's important to have access to your email and a key for communication. Thank you for taking the time to share with us the trouble you are seeing. I would love to help out. When trying to access your email are you using a private or incognito browser? This helps when there's an issue with the cache or cookies in the browser that may prevent you to access your inbox. 

Another thing that I have seen recently with accessing email is that the address has been flagged as compromised so that we need to reset our password before we are able to access the email account. Let's figure this out and get you back into your inbox.
