Can't get new email password verified
My husband & I both recently updated our email passwords on the Xfinity website, followed by updating them in Outlook and on our iPhones. Ever since, we get in a continuous loop being asked for our password in both Outlook and our phones. A few times a test email managed to get through to my mailbox, but still came back with a "cannot verify" message. How can we access Outlook and our phones with the new passwords?
