Cant get Outlook Windows Desktop, Mobile, nor 0365 to sync with Xfinity mailbox

I've confirmed 2FA is off, and allow 3rd party apps is on.  I've tried deleting the apps, reinstalling, etc to no avail.  I've confirmed my password by logging into xfinity.com  I've followed the directions in the support article, and still, nothing.  Help please!

@vmaxhp Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Since it's been a few days can you let me know if you are still experiencing this issue? If so can you please confirm the type of device you are trying to set up the third party email client on please, as well as any errors you are getting?
