Can’t load Xfinity email
I can login, but when the page load, it just displays a toast with a generic “oops, there was a problem, try again later” message. Been doing this since I changed my username over the weekend. The stupid “assistant” chat is worthless, and when I finally did get it to connect me to an agent for assistance, they spent the whole time trying to upsell me to a new internet plan and didn’t address the actual issue. Why the heck there can’t just be a simple “open a support request” link is beyond me (not really, if contacting support were easy, then who’d get the chance to try to sell me services I’ve don’t need - hence why I don’t already have them).
anyway, can anyone give me any ideas on what I need to do to get someone to actually look at this issue for me.

@ravenwacher
Are you logging in with this new username? After you changed usernames, did you sign out, then delete your cookies and cache and close your browser? And then start a new browsing session?
