Can't receive emails.

Recently I have stopped receiving Emails from my comcast.net accounts using Microsoft Mail, outlook or Verizon Mail via WIFI.

I get a cant connect to comcast.net message on the Verizon mail program and constant dialog box asking for password on Microsoft outlook.

My ISP is Spectrum and I use their modem and a Netgear.

I ran a tracert from the CMD and can see the route from Spectrum to the handoff to comcast in the Dallas data center. From there i see several network hops to Hillsboro OR where it then times out.

Mail works over the Verizon 4G cell service and the new Microsoft Outlook.

This started last Monday after I received a msg that my IP was blacklisted.

After searching I found that my ISP provided IP address was not Blacklisted, however my email address was listed on dnsbl.spfbl.net.

My wife and kids have the same issue with their comcast mail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as Spectrum and Comcast customer service seem unable/willing to help.

Hey there, @TXRC! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfintiy Forums.  I am sorry to hear about the troubles with the comcast.net email. Just to ensure we are on the same page, have you accessed the comcast.net email all the time and if you do not, do you access it at least every 90 days? This is crucial to ensure the email address stays active.

I am having the same issue, and I access the email multiple times a day. I have comcast email, but no longer have an active account. I have verizon isp, and use third party apps like Outlook and Apple Mail to access my email account. I can receive emails when using Verizon Cell (data) Service 5GUW/5G, but when I move my connect back to my verizon FIOS, I also get the message that it cannot connect; and my classic outlook just repeatedly asks for the password. However, like this user, I can get my email on the New Outlook even when on my Verizon FIOS isp connection.  So yes, it is used actively. It is also happening to my secondary email accounts that my family each use.  Why have you started blocking former Comcast customers who have moved to another service provider? I've been gone for over 3 years, and actively use my email daily.
