Can't Receive Emails
Hello, I have never received any emails since the creation of the account several years ago. Only recently did I start receiving email updates from Xfinity. Aside from that, this account does not receive emails. I can send emails from this account and they are successfully received. Replies to those emails do not come back into the account. The biggest issue is that I'm trying to reset the password on Peacock and I can't receive the password reset email. The spam folder is empty. I can't add Peacock as a known email address since I don't know what address it is coming from. I've looked through all the settings and am unable to determine what is preventing this account from receiving emails.

Make sure you don't have the "Safe List" enabled. Click on the gear icon in the upper right of the Inbox page, then on "Email Settings>>>>>Mail>>>>>>Advanced Settings." If the box is checked, uncheck it to disable it. If the Safe List is enabled, you would only get emails from addresses you deliberately put on that list. Nothing else would get to the Inbox.

Hello, @Morgan27 there are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue if your emails are missing. First are you using the Xfinity Email web portal? You'll want to confirm you haven't exceeded the mailbox limit. Customers receive 10GB of email storage per Xfinity ID. Check the current storage by clicking the gear icon in the upper-right corner of Xfinity Email, then looking for the Email Usage meter info at the bottom of the expanded menu.

I have a similar problem. My comcast account stopped receiving email on 5/24/2024, but I can send.

In your account settings, see if the Safe List has been enabled. On the Inbox page click on the gear icon in the upper right corner, then on Email Settings. On the landing page click on "Advanced Settings". At the top of that page if the box is checked for the Safe List, uncheck it. If it is enabled, you would only get emails from whatever addresses are on that list. Nothing else would get to the Inbox.
