Can't see link for email when logged in via Chrome

I normally use Chrome to log in to Xfinity email, through a link accessible through my profile (on the top right). Something was updated, though - either on Xfinity or Chrome - so that I no longer see the email link in the browser. It just shows my name and my rewards level, and nothing else. I am able to see the link when I use Safari, but I'd rather use Chrome. Any tips?

@crazymonkey Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried clearing the cache, and cookies in the Chrome browser? 

 

When you use a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.

 

To clear cache & cookies in Chrome:
*On your computer, open Chrome.
*At the top right, click More.
*Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
*At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
*Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
*Click Clear data.

I have a similar problem, first it started only in Chrome. Today I have it in FireFox and Edge in Windows 10. No problem in a Pixel Tablet with Android. I cleared all the cookies. I think is a problem with the website. In Edge I get to Sign In and I see on the right Check Email, Check VoiceMail and Watch TV Online. As soon I sign in those option disappear and I get

      Hello @sgtjdc, thank you for already trying a few troubleshooting steps. Are you able to confirm if this is just impacting one device, or have you noticed it on multiple devices?
