Can't see new e-mails in Inbox

Thursday my e-mail was working fine.  Friday morning my inbox showed new unread e-mails, but when I refreshed, they did not show up on my screen.  Suddenly, now, no new emails that have come into my inbox show on my screen.  What do I do?  I have over 100 in 3 days.  I am waiting on several business related bids and need to be able to access those?

I am having the same problem.   It has been a week now.  I CAN get them on my iPhone.  In order to get them on my computer, I have to mark all as read, and then they show up.  What is going on?  Can anyone help?

Hello @user_sleq46, thank you for your comment. When you try accessing them on your computer, are you doing so through a third-party email client or are you going to the Xfinity site?
