Change my old Comcast email and password so I can finish setting up service

Hello user_oah4cp, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community Forum. We appreciate you and your time. I would ask that you try setting up your userid and password at xfinity.com/getstarted. That should allow you to set up your access for your new account, as we do not have the ability to remove or change your email address or password. 

If that doesn't work, we can try something else; but in all my years, we have never been able to change those.
