comast.net stopped working

Through my Xfinity account I have several comcast.net emails that are 10+ years old and actively being used.

One of the emails stopped working and started giving a "can't find imap server" error.

When we deleted and tried to readd the email it is not allowing us to login. We reset the email password, and it is still not allowing us to login and is now saying Invalid imap username and/or password.

When I go to my Xfinity account online and try to click the "check email" function to hopefully see me multiple email accounts that page is not loading.
