Comcast blocking legit domains

For YEARS I have not received messages from legitimate domains. I have posted here before and received no help. So now I'm posting again. This happens only with corporate email (not personal). The most recent example is from American.Airlines@info.email.aa.com

I have received email from them before but now it is blocked. Normally I only know a few blocked domains as I am awaiting an email that is not received by me. Other times I have no idea that I am not receiving a message.

I used to receive email from received from American.Airlines@info.email.aa.com  but I didn't yesterday. In fact, to check, I had them send a message to both my gmail and comcast email. I only received it at the gmail account.

This blockage needs to stop and I need help.

@XfinityAngie My email settings are fine. I've gone through this before. Nothing gets "lost" in my junk folder. Comcast is BLOCKING incoming messages.
