Comcast blockisting its own IP addresses

I am a Comcast Business customer and have a dedicated connection to your service. I use Windows 11, Outlook and POP to access my email. It has been working up until today when I started getting the following error:

'Your email server rejected your login. Verify your user name and password for this account in Account Settings.  The server responded: -ERR [AUTH] Temporarily blacklisted IP Address - try again later'

Is there something happening at the server level that is causing this? I have logged into my account via browser and can access my email there. I am uncertain why my Outlook client would be being blocked.

Regards,

Spoke to customer support. Apparently this is an ongoing issue right now and they are working to correct it.

@XfinityJorge Hello, I am still having the issue now. Do you have an ETA as to when this will be fixed?
