Comcast bouncing mailchimp emails

Comcast has been bouncing emails sent to me from mailchimp.  I spoke to someone at comcast last week who assured me that they fixed the issue.  They have not.  How can this be resolved so that I can receive email sent to me from mailchimp?

It's certainly frustrating when emails from a sender you rely on, like Mailchimp, are being blocked. Even more so after being told the issue was resolved. Let's work together to figure this out @user_wdww57.

It's possible the Mailchimp emails are being automatically filtered. Make sure to check your Spam folder. You can also try setting up a filter to whitelist emails from Mailchimp or add the Mailchimp sending domain to your "safe list" (if available in your Xfinity email settings).

Check your Xfinity email settings for any custom filters that might be inadvertently catching these emails. Also, confirm that advanced security features or auto-forwarding aren't interfering with delivery.

No.  None of these "solutions" worked.

@user_wdww57, I want to make sure we are working this issue in the right direction. It would be helpful to know if only one side of the street is having issues, are you able to send "Mailchimp" an email?
