Comcast currently not available using apple mail on iPad

Hello I’ve tried numerous times get my Cmcast email to connect on my iPad. Started 3 days ago. Works on iPhone. I’m on iOS 17.4.1.  I’ve removed my Norton vpn and have turned off Xfinity vpn. Still nothing. Any suggestions are appreciated

I’ve never used Norton or xfinity vpn, but I do have a MacBook Pro, an iPad and an iPhone.  The only malware/ antivirus/vpn I  would suggest is MalewareBytes Premium. If you check with Apple Care they would tell you the same.

I cannot reply to an email on my iPad or iPhone thru apple mail...any suggestions? Should I change my outgoing server?

To access your account, will you please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Comcast Business”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
