Comcast Currently Unavailable
My emails stopped coming through on my iPhone and an error message popped up saying “comcast currently unavailable”. My phone is up to date on the latest update, no VPN, and I am still receiving emails when I check through the xfinity website. I tried deleting the app, resetting my xfinity password twice, and then deleting the account from my phone. The currently unavailable message still pops up when trying to add my comcast email to the mail app.

That's a pretty odd email issue, but I will do all I can and stick with you until we get a resolution for you. Let's try a few more troubleshooting steps together. In order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message

As of yesterday I received the same error and I have done everything I can to try and get my email back. I can send email but I cannot receive. I can view and see all my email on the Xfinity App. I just cannot receive any email on my IPhone15 since Saturday. The error is Cannot Get Mail Comcast is currently unavailable.

I am getting the same unavailable message. no vpn. deleted email from iphone. changed pw on website. set up email again - am getting teh unavailable message. it just started in the last week. help.

Having the same issue. Just realized no emial downloads to i phone in 5 months. outbound no issue.. all attempts to fix the issue have failed including delting and re adding the account

I’m having the same error “Comcast not available “ on my iPad & iPhone. Works to log into xfinity website. I’ve deleted my email & tried to add (unsuccessfully). No VPN.
