Comcast Email Hacked

I had my comcast email hacked yesterday, even though I have 2 step verification on and Total AV protection, with email breach protection.  This person was sending emails to all my contacts requesting Amazon gifts cards. Anyway, now my comcast inbox has been totally deleted.  Is there some way to retrieve those emails or are they gone forever?
